"Every sunset brings the promise of a new dawn." - Ralph Waldo Emerson.
A beautiful juxtaposition of nature and architecture, sure to be appreciated by urbanites and those with a love for NYC. This image was captured at the golden hour with a sunset of glorious colors and a gleaming view of the Williamsburg Bridge against an urban oasis of grass and wildflowers in Brooklyn.
UURMI scarves are luxurious and hold unexpected delights. As each scarf is unfolded it reveals a beautiful moment captured by the designer. When twisted each scarf creates abstract shapes and colors for the wearer to delight in.

UURMI (pronounced oor-mee), founded in 2011, is a Brooklyn-based scarf collection, designed by Parsons graduate Sumanta Ghose. Her designs blend elements of her heritage with current trends in fashion by mixing traditional fabrics with unique images and on-trend colors.
Each UURMI scarf offers a unique story- from the fabrics, which are hand woven in North India; to the images, which Sumanta develops from photographs of her personal travels.
