How do you select the gifts in your boutique?
We spend much time researching and exploring the U.S for designers and their creations that fit our brand of thoughtfulness. We look to find designers we can build a relationship with, people who create with passion, and care about the craftsmanship of what they are doing. We select items that have a modern, yet classic feel with an understated elegant look, made with high-quality materials to last.
You don't appear to have a vast collection of gifts in your online boutique, why is that?
We are always looking to discover new designers and products with the intent of increasing our product offerings in the near future. As we grow, so will our gift catalog, however, we still believe in carrying a limited curated collection to make it easier for you to find a gift that fits without feeling overwhelmed by choice. We will keep the collection fresh so that as your gifting needs evolve throughout the year you can pop in and see what’s available at Norsu Haus. I’m a designer and I have piece that would fit beautifully with your brand, can I partner with you?
Totally! We would love to learn more about your product or experience and hear your story. We'll also request any line sheets and samples that you may have so that we can start our 'tried and true' process. Please contact us through our partnership page to begin the process.
What does ‘tried and true’ mean?
Everything - and we mean everything - is tried, tested, and assessed before we bring it into our collection. This is part of the trust in our service and quality we want to bring to you. All so that you can feel confident that what you are purchasing, whether as a gift or for yourself, meets our high standards.
How are your gifts priced?
We believe in refined services with the best and fairest pricing that we can bring for all. The price listed includes the gift itself, the gift box and ribbon, a luxury handwritten card, and tracked shipping. We want to make purchasing a gift easy - that includes knowing what it will cost you upfront (sales tax aside) and being assured that the small details are expertly being taken care of.
The gift I wanted to send is no longer available can I still order it?
We know how it is when you find something you know your recipient will love only to discover that you can’t send it (a total bummer!). While our stock is limited, if something you want is no longer available, please contact us and we will do our very best to help you.
What does the price include?
The price listed with each gift in the boutique includes the gift itself, the gift box and ribbon, handwritten card, and shipping to the destination in the U.S. of your choice.
Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
We collect sales tax of 8.875% for all purchases delivered within New York state. Taxes are automatically added during checkout. For all orders delivered outside of NY state sales tax is not applied.
What’s your return policy?
We work hard to ensure that the gifts are of high quality and arrive beautifully presented - whether they are a special treat for you or someone else. However, if for some reason there is an issue please contact us and we will do what we can to ensure that you are satisfied. We ask that you please make any returns within 14 days from the delivery date as noted in your tracking information.
What does your gift wrapping look like and what is included?
Each gift is wrapped in our classic gift wrap which includes: a high-quality, luxurious white gift box with our Norsu Haus logo in rose gold on the bottom right hand corner. Each box has a concealed magnetic closure with the idea of being able to reuse the box, which is perfect for storing personal items and mementos and is meant to endure beyond the gift occasion. Within the box, every gift is wrapped in white and cool mint green tissue paper sealed with a rose gold Norsu Haus logo sticker, and then placed into crinkled black paper to add extra protection and a luxurious feel. We finish each box by wrapping a 1.5” black taffeta grosgrain ribbon completely around and tied in a bow. Each gift includes a handwritten 4" x 6" flat card. The card is luxuriously thick (32pt or 600gsm for those intrigued) and feel sumptuous to the touch.
Can I include a personal note in my gift?
Yes, absolutely! Every item you purchase has the option to include a gift message. Each message is handwritten on our classic luxuriously thick (32 pt/600gsm) flat card. If you are having the gift delivered to you, you can select the option to include a blank card so you can write the message yourself.
What are the dimensions of your gift wrap and shipping boxes?
The gift boxes vary in size depending on the gift you choose, the largest gift box is 12.99”L x 9.84”W x 4.33”H which would be shipped in a box is 15”L x 12”W x 6”H. The two smaller gift boxes are 8.66”L x 8.66”W x 2.56”H and 6.96”L x 4.92”W x 1.57” H, these two smaller ones both come shipped in a box that is 12”L x 12”W x 4”H. Please note that if you are ordering multiple items, each will come in it’s own gift box but may be packaged together in one shipping box depending on size.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping within continental U.S. is included in the price of every gift you purchase. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
How long does it take to receive a gift?
In total you can expect 8-10 business days to receive an order. From the point of ordering, your gift will be shipped within 2-3 days and will take an additional 3-5 days with Fedex. All orders receive tracking details to the email address you provide at the time of checkout. This allows you to keep track of where your gift is on its journey to your recipient.
My tracking says the gift was delivered but my recipient never received it.

Do you offer rushed shipping?
At the moment we are unable to offer rushed shipping, however we expect to offer this in the near future. You can hear about new offerings and other updates by subscribing to our email list accessible below.
Can I request a specific delivery date since this is a gift?
We know that when you send a gift to someone the date it arrives is important, however, currently we are unable to offer a specific date for delivery. We are working on being able to provide this in the future.
Do you do international shipping?
Currently we do not offer international shipping. We believe in being able to find and source gifts within the country that the gift is going to. With that in mind, we are also working behind the scenes to help you with a solution for sending gifts internationally.
